Amy has a 17 year track record of senior roles in the arts, and now works on a full-time freelance portfolio of consultancy, producing, mentoring & development projects across the UK.
Amy’s background & artistic specialism is in dance, with training from University of Surrey and Trinity Laban. Amy also specialises in outdoor arts, festivals, participation & community engagement with much of that experience gained during 9 years working with artsNK & Transported as Head of Dance & Circus Development in Lincolnshire, followed by working as Senior Producer with Arches Worcester Festivals in 2021.
Amy has specific experience of working in fundraising, training & business development; regularly working 1 to 1 with artists, companies & organisations securing over £1.3m in ACE funding, including DYCP, Project Grants & NPO since going freelance in 2020.
Amy is currently freelance Executive Producer with Xzibit Young Creatives a nationwide hip hop theatre choreography programme for young artists, with Wayne Sables Project installations in Doncaster and with Earth-bound multidisciplinary outdoor performance company in Leamington Spa.
She is Executive Director with Propel Dance - the UK's first professional all wheelchair touring dance company based in Birmingham and Development Director with Birmingham-based LYNNEBEC; a queer mass participation outdoor performance company. Amy is advisor & mentor to many more, a Trustee at Circomedia in Bristol and Chair of new NPO Gloucester Guildhall.

Sarah O'Donnell serves as the Organisational Director at GL4 CIC, located in Matson, Gloucester. Residing in Matson for 19 years with her husband and two children, Sarah is deeply rooted in the community. She possesses a fervent passion for community engagement and is dedicated to introducing opportunities for all residents. Holding a steadfast belief in inclusivity, Sarah asserts that everyone deserves access to high-quality events, and these events should be universally accessible.

Naomi serves as the Artistic Director for GL4 CIC in Matson, Gloucester, where she also proudly calls home. Alongside her partner, two sons, and a beloved cat, she is deeply embedded in the community. With a vivacious and outgoing personality, many often jest that she could "talk for England." Above all, Naomi is deeply passionate about enriching her community by offering unparalleled opportunities they might not have encountered otherwise. Through personal experience, she has discovered the transformative power of the arts on mental well-being and is committed to sharing this therapeutic gift with others.

Adam is a business professional with over 15 years of experience in the creative industries. Throughout his career, he has advisesd some of the UK’s most exciting and pioneering cultural organisations, providing valuable insight into strategic planning, resilience and income generation; generating over £30m in revenue.
Before joining Trinity Community Arts as Deputy CEO, Adam held roles with several high-profile arts organisations including Chickenshed Theatre and Cardboard Citizens where he helped to significantly strengthen their financial resilience and profile. In his current role Adam is overseeing Trinity’s creative provision, investment portfolio, and communications.
Adam is a dynamic thinker and known for his ability to bridge the gap between creative and business , helping Trinity to deliver a range of programs, events, and activities that promote creativity and cultural diversity.

Zak Mensah is co-CEO of Birmingham Museums Trust.
My mission is to ensure our people, skills and services are adaptable to the rapidly changing landscape as a cultural business. We’re experimenting with different ways of doing things including consent-based decision making, new business models, partnerships, KPIs in the arts, and sharing as much as possible publicly. Before coming to the arts sector in 2013, I helped small businesses, charities, Jisc, Universities and the Heritage Lottery Fund to ‘do’ digital well.
My background is in staff development and digital and I’ve been on the web since the late 90s and have watched the web permeate every corner of our lives.

George has over 20 years experience as a freelance creative and a social entrepreneur. His portfolio includes a wide variety of music and community arts work including with young people, theatres, schools, colleges, producing music, promoting shows, delivering workshops and building community music spaces.
In 2007 he received a social enterprise award from Unltd for his work with WIRED, a young bands development project based at Gloucester Guildhall, through which he provided quality mentoring, recording, promotional and performance opportunities for 8 years to over 600 young musicians from the city and surrounding areas, generating over 12,000 ticket sales across 36 live shows. From 2008 to 2012 he was Managing Director of Gloucester Music Forum CIC which eventually merged with a music charity in the Forest of Dean to become the forerunner of The Musicworks.
He is an enthusiastic advocate of the arts in Gloucester and his personal practice as a songwriter, composer and music producer is influenced by the city’s history, architecture and people. Notable funded projects include The Last Train in 2019, SPACES in 2018 and Warsongs in 2014.
Currently he is a partner at Room 11 Records, a creative studio based at JOLT in Gloucester and one half of the songwriting and production duo The Powdered Earth who are working on a new Arts Council England funded project called TRACKS which involves the creation an album of songs based on the reminiscences of city residents born before 1943.
George is also a professional badminton coach with over 10 years experience and is a member of BADMINTON England’s national coach education team. In recent months he has launched the Oxstalls Badminton Academy to meet the demand for junior coached badminton sessions in Gloucester attracting around 100 members.

Kingston is Director of Enterprise at the Birmingham Museums Trust (BMT) and both a Trustee & Director for the Association of Cultural Enterprises. His role at BMT is responsible for delivering a friction free experience across the trusts museums and historic properties – spanning across their trading businesses, visitor experience, marketing and digital. His role on the board of the association reinforces his passion to ensure that arts and culture sector organisations are equipped with the tools they need to be financially sufficient through commerce and enterprise.

Designer and Co-Artistic Director of Talking Birds, Janet has designed site specific and touring performances for unusual spaces, devised theatre and new writing. Her freelance design career includes work with Theatre Absolute, the Belgrade Theatre, and a pop-up shop kit for the ground-breaking vInspired/Retail Trust Retail Ready People project in 2013. Janet’s designs were chosen to represent UK scenography at the Prague Quadrennial World Scenography Exhibitions in 1999 and 2015, and she is part of Julie’s Bicycle‘s first cohort of Creative Climate Leaders. She is a school governor, keen allotmenteer and a board member at Gloucester Guildhall, Open Theatre & Ludic Rooms.
